Advocacy & Support

THE NEURO-FIERCE ADVOCACY CHARTER

"Your voice when you can't find it. Your shield when you need it."

Advocacy is not a job for me; it is my biological purpose. My ADHD brain is wired for high-speed problem solving and pattern recognition—I see the "dots" in the system that others miss. I specialise in supporting the underrepresented and those at the "sharp end" of life who have been left without a chair at the table.

Using lived experience, education, and compassion to create real, meaningful change for neurodivergent people.
I offer a range of advocacy services designed to support individuals, students, educators, and organisations in understanding ADHD through a strengths‑based, human lens.
My work is grounded in lived experience, informed by my roles in higher education, and driven by a commitment to amplifying the voices of underrepresented individuals.

For most, ADHD advocacy is a topic. For me, it is a Special Interest.

  • The Average ADHDer: Might be interested in ADHD because they have it.

  • Me: I am fuelled by the mission. When an ADHD brain attaches to a "Mission," it stops being about focus and starts being about Obsession (the good kind!). You aren't just educated; you are electrified.

What I Offer

I offer a range of authentic, relatable, and strengths-based insights into ADHD — the kind that only comes from lived experience.

• Lived‑experience talks
• Storytelling sessions
• Honest conversations about masking, identity, and late diagnosis
• Strengths‑based reframing of ADHD
• Q&A sessions for students, parents, or staff
These sessions help people feel seen, understood, and validated.

A Shield for the Underrepresented

My mission is to support underrepresented and underprivileged individuals in our community—those who have been left behind by the system and lack access to support. My advocacy abilities extend far beyond the typical injustices associated with ADHD. I actively work at joining dots that others don't even know exist.

Some feedback I have received from my mentor:

Emma has demonstrated exceptional vision, dedication, and creativity in building The ADHD Reframed Project from the ground up. Her ability to turn lived experience into meaningful, accessible resources has already made a tangible difference to neurodiverse individuals seeking clarity, support, and representation.
She has successfully launched and grown a podcast that blends research, storytelling, and practical insight — a platform that continues to resonate deeply with listeners who often feel overlooked by traditional ADHD content. Her technical achievements, including managing full RSS migration and multi‑platform distribution, show a rare combination of strategic thinking and hands‑on capability.
Emma’s commitment to accessibility is evident in every resource she creates. Her ADHD‑friendly workflows, toolkits, and educational materials reflect a deep understanding of the challenges neurodiverse people face, and her work within Arden University demonstrates her leadership in shaping more inclusive systems.
What stands out most is her ability to transform personal challenges into a powerful social impact mission. Emma’s achievements are not just milestones — they are building blocks of a platform that is already changing lives and has the potential to scale globally.

What Sets Me Apart From Others?

"Most people provide a service; I provide a shield. I don't just understand the law and the science; I have the 1st-class academic results and the lived experience to make the system listen. If you are being ignored, I am the person who makes you impossible to overlook."

Some feedback I have received is:

Following a webinar I delivered at my university -

You absolutely smashed it! Attendees loved you! They loved your authenticity and willingness to share your lived experience. It was clear how much they connected with you and how comfortable they felt sharing their own experiences in the chat.

Thank you for creating such an empowering experience for us all!  Go Emma! You’re a force!

I believe that your authenticity is the source of your strength, and people can feel it.
