Together We All Achieve More

This is a space where I join the dots and who I collaborate with.

I’m proud to collaborate with a range of individuals, groups, and organisations who share a commitment to neurodiversity, inclusion, and lived‑experience advocacy. These partnerships help amplify underrepresented voices, strengthen community support, and create meaningful change across education, wellbeing, and creative spaces.

The Neuro Inclusion Project

Founded by the amazing Neal Glendenning (11), Neal Glendenning | LinkedIn, and joined by the great Laura and Dillon, we will celebrate neurodiversity.

Join us in our mission to create a supportive world where neurodivergent individuals can thrive, innovate, and shine! Together, we can foster understanding and acceptance!

Our mission is to empower and uplift neurodivergent individuals through community support and innovative mental health services. Together, we can inspire acceptance and understanding in every corner of society. Join us in our vision for a more inclusive world.

Empower lives through understanding, acceptance, and innovation.
Striving to create a world where neurodivergent individuals thrive.
A new kind of space for a new kind of thinking.

You were never “too much.”

You were never “not enough.”

You were simply never supported in a world that wasn’t built for your brain.

Fix The System

One of the projects Neal has been working on is:

#FixTheSystem is more than a hashtag. It’s a movement.
Led by The Neuro Inclusion Project, it brings together clinicians, educators, campaigners, and people with lived experience to fight for systemic change across mental health, education, and public services.

We’re not here to adapt to a system that harms us.
We’re here to change it.

The Needs Project

The NEEDs Project is a research study based at CRRAG, City St

George’s, University of London. It explores autistic, ADHD, and
AuDHD (autistic and ADHD) adults’ experiences of UK emergency
departments (A&E).

Guided by Participatory Action Research (PAR), the project is co-
designed with autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD individuals at every stage
— from shaping the research questions to sharing the findings. This
approach ensures the research is grounded in lived experience and
responsive to the needs of the community it aims to support.

I am a co-researcher of this PhD thesis, Ben Potts: Radiographer and Doctoral Researcher, is currently working on.
